South goa is better option for you with less crowded beaches and clean water and also with less garbage

Hey, I have been to both North Goa and South Goa and the latter is definitely more tranquil but if your itinerary confines to North Goa then you can visit Ozran for a peaceful time.

North goa is more for tourists and has beautiful places
south goa some places are tourist flavouring but all undiscovered places are here too

If you want less crowd, clean beaches, less traffic then please visit South Goa
