1) Do not carry valuables.
2) Do not consume bhaang if you cant handle it.
3) Pick a hotel close to the venue so you dont have to travel much.
4) Beware of miscreants.
5) Protect your camera lens from water and colours.
6) Cover yourself well e.g. scarf, sunscreen, shoes. etc. Hope you have a good time

Good question I would say. Take care of your belonging. If possible, carry the minimal items with u.
