Feb 27 might be sometime around any festival or any other big event happening in that place ... my be you leave it for few days and it would shoot upto 5k also .. just check the dates and see if you can change your travel dates

As soon as you finalize the dates and place. Book well before, specially if you're traveling any place in it's peak season.
