In Oct you can admire snow in Solang valley, gulaba , Rohtang pass and if you can TREKK in moutains.. we can show a circle of snow around you in top

Snow season in India usually begin around November end to mid February, thus in October you can only find snow in rohtang pass(H.P), kaza(H.P) but please check as many times these passes are closed early.
where as in Uttarakhand you would rarely find snow in October, still you may witness snow near munsiyari base camp, gomukh, etc.

Brother, snow or snow fall. facts) if you go snow hunting in October, it's walking on solid ice for the most but. facts) and a personal recommendation manali will be your best bet! facts) if you can some how extend your trip, until new years... in all honesty the wait will be worth it ( you'll have tons of fresh snow freckles all over you)
