If u dont want to travel much, go for Goa...!!! rent a room for as many days as you want... hire a bike... and roam around whenever u wish... or simply visit nearest beach and enjoy the scenery..! everywhere in goa you will have a church, restaurant and any beach within radius of 5-10 km max... njoy ur stay...!

Rishikesh, McLeod Ganj, Kasol and Goa are few places I feel where you can go and stay for a week and travel is almost nowhere.

Take a direct flight to either Goa or Kerala where you can spend your holidays by the beach for as much days as you like. Also, Sikkim now has its own airport so now you can travel to Sikkim pretty fast if you are more interested in mountains.
