There are tents and sleeping bags available at kedarnath. But bookings has to be made early as soon as you reach.
Because they are limited in number and crowd of people is huge.

Their are rentals, but if you are a frequent traveler I'll suggest you buy your own tents and sleeping bags.

Rentals can taken from Sankari base village or from dehradun.
it is 3 day trek too and fro
