Why u are not going for a Nokia with Carl zeis lense. No one can beat in picture quality and of course it's a premium phone.Dont rush with only chines reviews. Photography is not that easy your picture must have clarity while you zoom it and it's not depends on how much pixel you have it's totally depends on technology of lense. If you not convince the go and try nokia 8 mp camera with Carl zies lense and 20 mp of chines phone you can see the diference. You can check my Goa pics which I taken from my Lumia phone in 2013 which have 8mp camera only at that time but you can compare images which is still more better than new generation phone. Think technicaly if you realy want to take good pictures.

I think that for travel, it is better to have a good camera, which you can buy by looking at reviews of such gadgets. But sometimes there are problems, for example with the battery of the camera, recently found a solution at this link: https://howly.com/electronics/type-video-camera/issue-battery/. Since I like to travel a lot, I need to be able to deal with problems with my equipment and quickly solve such situations with minimal time and money.
