All the festivals of India are celebrated in different and special way. It depends on us that what we are interested in? if you like lights you may arrive in months between September to December in which navratri and Diwali is celebrated.
if you like colors you may arrive to India between the months of January to April in which Makarsankranti and Holi is celebrated and many more. India has a variety of festivals which all are celebrated in varieties of the way. You can come to India in any of the months, you Will be able celebrate at least more than 2 festivals. #colourfulindia

Well, all festivals in India are celebrated with equal joy and excitement. During Diwali, everything is lit up and it all feels enthralling. The festival of colors - Holi is equally amazing.
