Hey Devi, The must visit places for couples in Kashmir are :- The maun and the must visit is Gulmarg ... Sonmarg should also be visited ... Visit dal lake ... the shikara rides are must for couples and also you can stay overnight in boat hotels ... Go ahead to Pari Mahal where you have the entire snow calf range of Himalayan ranges to be seen ... Also visit gardens in Srinagar ... You can go to pahalgam and enjoy a couple horse back ride to Lidder valley and enjoy the oak tree views and also you can have a great time playing in lidder river.... Hey Devi, At this time, it will be beautiful,peaceful,less crowded and budget trip. Pack your winter clothes like jackets,inner warmers,woolen socks,gloves,woolen cap,moisturizer,first aid kit etc. Main thing in Kashmir is road trips (Srinagar->Pahalgam and Srinagar -> Gulmarg). And stay at houseboat in Dal lake. You can also get snowfall there. Hope this would help you.
