I would say taking a Volvo bus to Manali from Delhi is the best option. Many buses ply from different parts of Delhi including ISBT Kashmere gate, Majnu Ka Tilla, Himachal Bhawan, etc.

Hi Aman, it usually depends how do you want to travel. Let suppose you want privacy and you dnt have any problem with funds, you will prefer cab or your own car. but you in other case you can prefer Volvo bus, which is best mode of transport to Manali from Delhi. 1. you will not get tired
2. you have enough time to talk, watch movie, listen songs and sleep too
3. you can enjoy more time in talking in place of putting your time toward driving which require concentration
4. you can take cab, but that would be lil costly if you have budget constraint.

An overnight bus journey from ISBT, Kashmiri Gate, New Delhi to Manali is the best way unless you like to drive. in that case one can always hire a zoom car.

I am from chd and visit frequently to delhi qnd manali too..
i will suggest get a volvo to chd.,.,
stay here for a day.,.enjoy the town's beauty'iieess.
to manali the volvo leaves at night so it will be a good option to teavel by night,. . .and stay directly in old manali.

Yes all said bus is good option hrtc himsuta but thia peak season for tourists to reach all over the himachal. so might be you got stuck at there where you could not find a good cheaper and best way to roam around. The taxids taking too much of money to travel even 5 km. Best options is bike and second your own car. taking less time can enjoy beauty of my state at ang time anywhere

Travelling by road would be the best mode. Buses are available from Delhi to Manali - from Majnu ka Tila, Kashmere Gate, ISBT etc. It would be a 10-11 hours journey approx. Good luck!

Take the Himachal Tourism Buses or the Volvo services :) They're all pretty good!

If you are on a tight budget I would recommend you to travel by HRTC buses. Else you can hire a personal cab from delhi. The main benefit of personal cab is you can stop wherever you want for a break to get fresh or just take pictures.
