I'm not from Pune of course, but I can still tell you about beauty salons. I've been living in the USA for about 12 years now . I moved from Nigeria because everything is not as good there as in the USA. I have pretty frizzy hair and it's very hard to manage. Doing my own hair is just unbearable.
