Hey Aiswarya, Andaman is more mainstream and a tourist destination. It has the best beaches hands down. There is very little known about Lakshadweep and it is an untouch beauty. If you can probably visit both if you are planning.

Lakshadweep is beautiful and less crowded, but permit is a bit difficult these days.

Lakshwadeep has lot of islands to visit besides picturesque views. still Andaman is preferable.
