Auli is a popular skiing spot facing the Himalayas filled with lovely orchards, Oak and deodar’s. Till June summer prevails where you get to see the peaks and lovely clear lakes. Lansdowne is another lovely spot of Uttarkhand called as home of Garhwal rifles. July is monsoon in Lansdowne though summer prevails.. Though both spots are 8 hours apart, based on your travel part you cover both. But if you are planning only one spot, Lansdowne is the best to visit in June.

I will suggest to visit Lansdowne during Monsoon for the magical view, you will find clouds floating all around you day and night. July is better to visit Lansdowne.
