November to February will be the best the budget will be around 10k

Summer season is best. During May , there is flower show. During Nov-Dec , it is very cold over there.

Hello..My native is Ooty. If u want to enjoy the chill climate, you should visit anytime from November to January. This is when Ooty is at its peak in chillness.. Otherwise if you want to enjoy the beautiful hills and mountains without getting freezed, you need to come during the summer.. April to June. But summer will bring lotss of tourists. winter brings comparatively lesser rush
