Hi Dipesh you can visit Varanasi at this time, it's really nice weather now. Not too cold neither too hot.This will be the best time to visit Varanasi, and make sure to visit the subeh-e Banaras early morning at Assi ghat.

You can visit any time of the year, but it's better to avoid summer as it gets pretty hot. Winter from Nov to March would be ideal.
