Not Goa, been there in the monsoons, you won't get what you're looking for in monsoons, plus you can get a lot that you might not be prepared for, too much water it is, but then again, Goa never fails to please us, just plan accordingly and commute minimum, best ---can book a villa for the stay with at an exciting site!
