September to March. Just don't visit at the monsoon time, rest of the days, it's completely blissful.

We heard the best time to visit is October to June. We travelled during 1st week of June and experienced all the conditions - sunny, cloudy and rainy.

Meghalaya is an all-season destination. If you like waterfalls, then monsoon would be delightful. But exploring the caves and trekking the living root bridge would be far more convenient in winters. Also, Dawki would be instagram-perfect only between Dec and Feb!
