Place that you can visit during snowfall and that too on a budget are, Manali- Rohtang Pass, Auli, Nainital, Roopkund trek, Shimla, Dalhousie and Almora. Happy vacation!

Himachal pradesh :- To reach the main destination here is Manali with an over night bus from Delhi and takes 14 hrs ...
