There are there major Airports to Nearby Gir National Park 1. Diu Airport = Diu Airport is 100 km From Gir Forest. But there is only one flight in a day From Mumbai only. 2. Rajkot Airport = Rajkot Airport is 160 km from Gir Forest. 3. Ahmedabad Airport = Ahmedabad Airport is 360 km From Gir Forest. Rajkot airport and Dui Airport. I would suggest you to go for Dui airport since it is the nearest airport and can also visit this beautiful small union territory of Dui. You can also take a detour and visit somnath temple before you head to Gir. 😊

Rajkot, Diu and less preferred Porbandar Airport are your options. Best is the Diu and Porbandar Airports as landing there will give you Coastal Highway Ride on your way to Gir National park from Diu / Porbandar and you can literally feel the Ocean riding alongside with you ! Book your safari permit in advance for smooth visit.
