Paracetamol is on top! It’s essential for pain relief or fever. I’d also pack antihistamines for allergies, anti-nausea meds, and antacids for digestive issues. Basic antiseptics and bandages are smart too. If you're traveling internationally, look into options like Canada Drugs https://www.canadadrugsdirect.com/ for any prescriptions you may need. These basics cover common ailments, ensuring peace of mind wherever you go!
