Cherrapunjee, Meghalaya would be a great option. It is one of the cloudiest and wettest regions under the sun. Though it receives a lot of rain during monsoon; in the initial months of the year, it boasts pleasant weather. Some of the waterfalls worth visiting are Thelen Falls, and Noh Sngithiang Falls.
