Tadoda tiger reserve is better area wise also and number of tiger also more then pench tiger reserve,also tadoda was India's best reserve.so it is clear that tadoda is gud .

Pench national park is located between two states- Madhya pradesh and Maharashtra. Located on Satpura ranges, this park is the home of Bengal tiger, Indian leopard and lot of birds. The popular tigress of this park is called as Badi mada. Tadoba national park located in Maharashtra at Andhari river is a lovely national park famous for its lovely greenery. Home of Tigers, sloth bears there are lot of bird seen here along with endangered species. Two tigress rule this park, Maya and Madhuri. I would suggest Tadoba, for it's jeep safaris, all chances of viewing the tigress(if you are lucky) and the green forest.
