If you are solo traveler ,the best thing is to explore the places by urself or if u have group with same enthusiasm invade new place.if you are planning to travel with family to a unknown/new place better to have a guide since it is a new place,,, But with proper research of the place and confidence u can explore by urself.

Explore on own is much better then trip planner because you can do some offbeat thing and the same usual things at the same time in trip planner they have some fix things to do list you will never explore new things but ya if you like to meet new people and group thing you can go with trip planner!

Explore by Own is much better as compared to planner because you have freedom to explore any place and you can Stay at that place for as much you love + there is no dependency on others for our trip.
so we can chill.
but again there are a lot of challenges to plan a solo/own trip and management.
if you have experience before then you can easily manage your long trip by yourself also but if you are a beginner or 1st time traveler then I suggest you to first go with some planner/ Packages then next time you can visit your own.
