Destination depends on your interest, whether you like mountains or beaches or some historical place.
if you want to see mountains, then you can go to Shimla, Manali, Kasol, Kashmir etc.
Else if you're beach lover then you can go for pondicherry, goa, gokarna, kollam etc. in South India.
February and March are the kinda neutral month you can go wherever you want to go there is no restriction from the weather side.
Now it totally depends on what you want to See
the Mountains or Beaches. Good Luck!!
