Spiti & Ladakh as most other destinations get severely impacted by heavy rainfall while these cold deserts are still accessible. In fact, unlike the winter months where these areas are closed, these months are actually the most favourable to visit them.

Places that receive good rainfall can be marvelous. Lush greenery is a feast to the eyes. Meghalaya (all the seven sisters) , Panchmarhi, - MP, Kerala, etc...
