While going to katra from jammu railway station,i need to visit kol kandoli mata temple first...can i get a bus from kol kandoli temple to katra ????... if i think to visit this temple..

Yes you can get public tramsport buses. The only thing to mention is you may have to do break journey if you dont get the direct bus.

Manage reaching till ‘Ban’ toll plaza on main Jammu-Katra highway as that will be the nearest and most convenient place for you to reach and catch a connecting bus for Katra.
