Will be reaching Gangtok around 8 PM. can I get the permit of Nathula Pass for the immediate next day? Or is there any time constraint of issuing the permits?

Permit issued same day of travelling and only Indian citizen is allowed to visit Nathula.

U will get pass on the same day don't worry but if u were foreigner then they don't allow you due to security reasons

When you Check in your hotel, ask them. Hand over Pics & Zerox copy of id there. They will help you to get permit.
