Yes they are open.And with the rafting also do camping alongside of the river...

They are open and is a must try at least once. And you must also try camping beside river.

Yes both are open now.They were closed for sometime due to monsoon Rains but as of now it will be open

Yes both are open in mid October but i suggest to you go for rafting in the month of feb to july is best time because of water is too cold and weather in october is also cold rather than feb to july
