It would be more better to plan in April or May coz the temperature is around 25°C which is perfect to explore even February would be wonderful

Hi, Well if you can tolerate extreme cold weather then you may visit the place in January but otherwise it's a bad idea. You won't be able to go on any treks due to the snowfall. Dharamshala is good in February.
