No place is safe enough, if you look at it that way..
But I don’t think that this panic will persist in May 2020, unless the situation aggravates further..

Use this opportunity to visit India. If situation ws slightly better, I would have said Kashmir, but given the political disturbances, I'd see try northeast or sikkim or bhutan this summer
