Hi, Jagdish! The most common way of reaching Lakhamandal, which is about 100 kms from Chakata, is by road. You can arrive at Mussoorie and then hire a taxi, wait for shared cab, or a bus to reach Lakhamandal. A taxi, however, is the most comfortable means of transport for those travelling to Lakhamandal from Chakrata.

Hi Sumit. It's great that you're looking for travel partners. Yet it would help if you could talk more about the expected trip; like, the starting point of the trip, the kind of traveller you are, the kind of experiences you want to focus on, etc. A person looking for a road trip would not want be interested in taking a flight journey, right? So, pls share as much information as possible. Hopefully, you'll find some credible partners.

Hey Rahul. There are very few buses from Hyderabad to Gulbarga. The most commonly taken bus starts at 9:30 pm and reaches Gulbarga around 12:45 am (takes approx. 3 hours). It should cost around Rs 800. You can check for discounts on various apps. Click on the link below for more options. http://travel2karnataka.com/hyderabad_gulbarga_bus.htm

Hey Praveen! Darjeeling is a peaceful place and 2 days can be spent in many ways. However, it depends on where you are travelling from, since reaching Darjeeling can take time as well. If it's only about spending 2 days in Darjeeling, try reading the story in the link below. It should help. Pro Tip: Avoid going to Tiger Hill to watch the sunrise. Winters and monsoons are not suitable for watching it and locals might tell you to wake up at 4am to check it out. Not worth it. You can't see anything in this weather.
