You can visit Haridwar, Rishikesh or Bhimtal, Nainital but to reach at these places in 4 hours, you have to drive early in the morning to avoid traffic.

In mandav(mandu) madhyapradesh u can find few.even in chapaner near vadodara you will get to find few unesco heritage monuments.

Bali is comparatively cheap as you get alot of good accommodation options that are decently priced. There are far more activities to explore. Maldives is more luxe comprising of high-end resorts which after opting for full board will turn out to be expensive.
