Can anyone suggest me how would a visit to Kashmir be during the month of July?

July is best time to visit Kashmir. You can enjoy awesome weather during that day also yoc can can go to Leh ladakh.

Hey you can make solo trip to Meghalaya I had just been there, monsoon has just started and lovely place and weather to be in. Mine was a 5 Day solo trip. I have shared the itinerary as well have a look for your plans

Depending on different factors and things keeping in mind it might vary from some what around 10 to 15k per person

If u planning to go via bike than it will cost u around 25k to 30k but if u take govt bus from delhi to manali than keylong and last leh than total cost and fare, food, accomodation everythibg is on u but in my case i took bike fro m leh to go different places around there and from delhi i took bus to leh and total cost in resoect to me was 21k total. bike with fule i drove more than 1000km bike and everything i stayed in tent and expore many places so i hope u shoul calculate overall ..and buddy it on u too if u minimise ur luxury u can save more then 2k ..or more

I would suggest Maldives, based on my honeymoon experience (you can read my blog from my profile)
But for you to make a final decision there are other factors like - travel preference, dates, budget etc. which would determine your pick for your beautiful honeymoon My Personal Suggestion:
For Maldives - best part is you can pick from any of the luxurious island resort options that fits into your budget and explore the options with water sports and scuba experience (which is a lifetime experience), you will see some best sealife underwater in Maldives. Comparison:
--Maldives is much more relaxing and easy going, you get to explore the entire resort which is one single island (depends on the type of resort you book) and the experience is more luxury that you plan and fit into your budget
--Bali is more like a public island, its more crowded and involve more traveling, which makes this more of a budget travel option So that would be my suggestion, you can checkout my photos and blogs on my Tripoto profile, if you need any assistance feel free to contact me

Buy a tripod, that really helps when you want to click all those great time lapse or your own pictures. Buy one with some good height so that your pics will look like someone clicked from a height...
