The trek starts from Haridwar and ends at Chandrashila. The major attractions of this trek are the Tungnath Temple and the Chandrashila peak which provides a breathtaking 360-degree view of the valleys below. You have to start your trek by reaching Haridwar. Take a road trip through the motorable roads of National Highway 58.

If you meant kerala, I think there is considerable interest. After all, it is one of the most visited areas of the country by Indian and international tourists. :)
Every trip can be managed in budget. You just need to define your budget an the start your planning according to it. For this you need to do your homework completely before starting the trip.
