The best time to visit Maldives is from November to April. May to October is rainy season. However you could find better deals this time of the year.

Yes triund is open for now,and good time to go.... and HPCS is closed.. but you can take shots of it.

Now you can't travel to ladhak because of heavy snow fall, you can go Manali and sometimes end of the atal tunnel.

No need for covid certificate to visit goa or anywhere until unless u get through mumbai route and vividh test is necessary only if u get out of mumbai airport.

Due to heavy snowfall traveling to chitkul in winter is very risky and sometimes not possible.

If you love trekking then Kedarkantha is the best place for now trek is of moderate level.
If you want to chill in between mountains and take sip of tea in snow then you can go to Auli.
