This provides a moderate and comfortable weather to explore the beauty of Spiti. Here are some trips you can check out for a more personalised account of what travelling to Spiti is all about. Considering you're a fun loving person and you'll be spending most of your time in north goa.
1.Baga beach is the place where you want to chill in the afternoon and have some good quality food.
2.Anjuna beach is best at night if you wanna have a party with the randos just like everyone wants it.
Purple martini has yummiest food variety here if you wanna try.
3.Cangute beach is perfect for som adventure activities. 4. Morjim Beach is the one less travely and beautiful I find among all. Go there if you spend some time in peace watching the tides beside rocks. *dont forget to follow and vote if you find this helpful in anyway*

Yes, they are the best part. Mainly if you have a chance better trek to any place to view the nature at its best. I always love the Monsoon treks to Western ghats.
For phone photos, Google photos/Dropbox backups works just fine. For heavy duty files like RAW and big JPEGs, go for a reliable hard disk. To be doubly sure, make two backups on two separate hard disks. Someone told me "hard disk are like feathers", treat them with utmost care.
We cannot predict atleast for a month more. few states like Himachal and Goa have started tourism...bt the real question is, is it really worth not waiting for? In my best guess i would say dont plan anything until September.
