Yes But in addition to the ILP, post corona travel restrictions are also going to be very strict for that region. Sikkim closed border at an early stage well before corona increased.

Do not waste your time talking with any subordinate associatives, talk with someone on a managerial position. Keep contacting again and again if they're not responding. If all fails, drag them to the consumer court.

I've done spiti under 7k for 12 days, You may visit my profile and check out the trip. And also many places can be done under 10k in India. Here are a few pointers 1. Travel by train 2. Stay in hostels, (hostels are not what they used to be, they're the most relaxed place nowadays) 3. Have local street food by asking your hostel owners, friends. Once you do all this, you'd save a LOT of money and will probably visit another place in the remaining amount.

Kerala is more beautiful during monsoons. While you visit, please go to Idukki dam and explore the small cave it has inside. At the end of the cave tunnel, it has a breathtaking view.
