Kerala is more beautiful during monsoons. While you visit, please go to Idukki dam and explore the small cave it has inside. At the end of the cave tunnel, it has a breathtaking view.
Idukki has many places that can be visited in Monsoon and Water Level in Dam is also high during Monsoons with Lush Greenery and Many temporary waterfalls popping out at many places during monsoon.
You can get a bus from Chittorgarh to Udaipur which is 115kms and from Udaipur you can get auto or taxi, the distance is 55kms from udaipur to Kumbalgarh fort.
