July is the good time to visit Bali .
You can take up some accommodation either at Kuta or Seminyak. They are the most popular and happening area . Bali offers very good non veg and sea food . There are pubs and lounges lining up near Kuta Beach .Do try Balinese spa also.
Travel to Sri nagar from Jammu and then take a bus from Sri nagar to Leh via Kargil.
It would be a 9+23 hours journey if combined.
Srinagar to Leh by bus
The bus departs at 8 AM from Tourist reception center near Dal Lake. It is a two days journey with night halt at Kargil. The bus stops at all popular tourist places for a little while for sight seeing. It reaches Kargil by evening and starts again the next day early in the morning for Leh; where it arrives by late afternoon or evening.
It would be better if you either take a cab or rent a car and have some friends with you since you can then drive on sharing basis as its a long drive.Alternatively you can go to Leh from Delhi via flight
The best time to go to Cappadocia is from the end of April to June and September and October. During these months the days are warm, the nights are cool, and there is little threat of rain. During the first few weeks of April there can be a lot of wind, which cancels balloon flights.
Plenty of sticky rice, carry your ready to eat dal as they rarely have any Indian curries to offer. I am afraid only very few restaurants that too in selective cities can offer food which is any close to Indian food.

Hey, I am dipan
First of all I want to tell you that i understand why you don't like packages as packages are boring because everything will be scheduled and you have to run according to them! And yes I am also planning to travel to sikkim and I have made a short tour route to what I think will be best for the time I will travel there and I will share it with you as well.
So it begins here in Siliguri as it will be close to Assam(Where I am from) and I can get directly from Siliguri to Gangtok either by bus or by private cab! Day 1: I will start with Gangtok Site seeing for the first day because I have been traveling to reach there as it will provide some rest and sleep which will help me for my further journey! And yes I will also book a cab for Nathula Pass as it needs permit for that, cab drivers will arrange that for me for a small sum! Day 2: Nathula Pass/Baba Mandir/Tsongmo Lake will be the places cab driver will take and after that they will leave us back to Gangtok! In evening we will be booking a cab again for lachen.
Day 3: Gangtok to Lachen. It will be a rough road so we will rest the day there. Or You can skip this if you are short on time! Day 4: Cabs are available for gurudongmar from Lachen. If you can arrange for lachung after coming back from gurudongmar is ok as you can find private cabs or buses.
Day 5: lachung to Yumthang Valley and to Zero point and from there back to Gangtok. So this is it. hope you liked it and share a feedback or some important information I missed for the trip!
