Hi, Vinesh!
Kheerganga trek usually remains closed from late December to mid-Feberuary due to heavy snowfall in the region every year. Access to the route is completely dependent on weather conditions and we recommend that you check the current status of the trek from the local authorities via email or phone number available on Himachal Tourism official website.
The trek would be usually closed and no group or travel firm would take you there but I have seen people go on their own and complete the trek. FYI, it would be very difficult due to heavy snowfall.
Plan for Dharamshala-Mcleodganj-Dalhousie-Khajjiar as per your number of days. Hostels are best and cheap , local transport for coomutation. From Delhi you get buses to Dharamshala.
It is not a good idea to visit Uttarakhand during monsoon because of heavy rainfalls and landslides. But there is one famous trek called valley of flower which is suitable for this time only.
If your planning for Auli i would suggest you to travel around Rishikesh -Rudraprayag -karnaprayag -Joshimut-Auli- Ukimath-Chopta- Tunganath then back to rishikesh If your planning to Himachal than take Delhi -Chandigarh -Dharamshala -Mcledodganj-Dalhousie-Kajjiar-Bharmour-Bir billing-Manali-delhi-blore

Hey! The best way to explore is to spend a day at one place to fully explore it and experience it. I would suggest you to visit Turtuk in Nubra valley, it's a beautiful village. Apart from that, hire a bike if you can and drive over Leh-Srinagar Highway, it's a mesmerizing drive.
Yes it's completely fine. it has around 6600 steps total ( up and down). take rest in between and the double decker bridge is worth visiting. u can even stay in homestay over there if you want to rest there for a day.
