Itinerary
Day 1
- Pick up from the doorstep/railway station/airport between 6.00-6.30 am and travel to Coorg(275 KM)
- Reach Madikeri the district headquarters of Coorg and check into the hotel. Have lunch. Proceed to visit Talacauvery the birth place of river Cauvery in the Western Ghats, enjoy the panoramic view of the Western Ghats and Bhagamandala the triveni sangam.
- Return to Madikeri. Visit Abby water falls. Spend the evening watching a beautiful valley from atop Raja's seat. Visit Omkareshwara temple in the evening. Later go for shopping mementos, spices, Coorg coffee powder.
- Over night stay in Madikeri Coorg.
Day 2
- After an early breakfast, proceed to visit Irpu water falls tucked away in the Western Ghats.It presents a mesmerizing sight of cascading water from a height of 170 feet. It involves an easy trek of 750 meters to reach to the bottom of the falls.
- Later visit Naagarahole Tiger Reserve and take a safari for a chance sighting of wild animals in their natural habitat. Return to Madikeri.
- Over night stay in Madikeri, Coorg
Day 3
- After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel and start the return journey.
- Visit Dubaare Elephant camp where you can bathe the Elephants yourself. Later visit Namdroling Monastery the Golden temple of Buddhists.
- Visit Nisargadhaama an island formed by river Cauvery. Have lunch. Post lunch start the return journey.
- You will be dropped at your door step between 9.00-9.30 pm. Tour ends
