Every effort is made to maintain prices as published, but fluctuating exchange rates may necessitate price changes, the current price will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be guaranteed not to increase upon receipt of deposit.

All bookings must be made in writing.

To get confirmation of booking, the booking form has to be filled in. All additional changes must also be made in writing and marked clearly on the original booking form where the original booking was made.

Your booking will be confirmed immediately in most cases.

A deposit of EUR 250 net per person must be received 7 days after confirm the latest, at which time an invoice will be issued showing deposit received.

The balance is due 35 days before tour departure.

If the deposit is not received, the booking will be assumed cancelled.

For late bookings (less than 35 days before departure), full payment is required at the time of booking.

Upon receipt of the booking form (filled in with all necessary information), we will send you our written confirmation.

With written confirmation, we guarantee all services as per our program.

Amendments of bookings will be made only after reconfirmed booking in writing.

The package is calculated at an ROE of 1 Euro = 78 INR.

Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.

Cancellation 31 days or more before the travel date will incur 50% charges of the tour cost.

Cancellation 30 days or less before the travel date will incur 50% charges of the tour cost.

Cancellation 21 days or less before the travel date will incur 75% charges of the tour cost.

Cancellation 14 days or less before the travel date will incur 100% charges of the tour cost.

Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
