Itinerary
Day 1
- Arrive in Bhuj on your own
- Transfers from Bhuj to Tent City Dhordo on fixed timings
- Pick up from the railway station at 08:15 am, 10:30 am, 2:30 pm and from the airport at 08.30 am, 03:30 pm
- No transfers will be available after above timing
- Allotment of tent to guest arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability
- Distance from Bhuj to Tent City Dhordo is approx 85 km which takes approx 1 hour 45 minutes
- Complimentary refreshment en route Dhordo in bus
- 12:30 pm onwards - welcome and check-in
- 12:30 pm to 02:30 pm - lunch at respective dining area
- 02:30 pm to 04:00 pm - enjoy in-house activities
- 04:00 pm to 05:00 pm - evening tea or coffee
- 05:00 pm to 05:30 pm - transfer to visit White Rann to witness the Grandeur of Sunset
- Mode of transfer can be through camel cart or bus on first come first basis
- Guests will have to return by the same mode of transfer
- 7:00 pm to 07:30 pm - return transfer to Tent City Dhordo
- 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm - dinner at respective dining area
- 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm - enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities
Day 2
- 06:00 am to 06:30 am - morning tea
- 06:30 am to 07:00 am - transfer to White Rann to witness the grandeur of sunrise
- 07:30 am to 10:00 am - breakfast at respective dining area
- 10:00 am to 12:30 pm - enjoy in-house activities
- 12:30 pm to 02:30 pm - lunch at respective dining area
- 02:30 pm to 07:30 pm - complimentary tour to Kala Dungar (Black Hill) Kala Dungar is the highest point in Kutch
- On the route, visit Handicraft Village “Gandhi Nu Gaam”
- Tea/coffee shall be provided at Kala Dungar
- Complimentary refreshment in bus
- 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm - dinner at respective dining area
- 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm - enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities
Day 3
- 06:00 am to 07:00 am - morning tea
- 07:30 am to 10:00 am - breakfast at respective dining area
- 09:30 am - check out from tent city
- 09:30 am to 10:30 am - departure to Bhuj with a complimentary sightseeing places of interest in Bhuj
- Visit Sri Swami Narayan Temple (approx. time 20 minutes), Kutch Museum (approx. time 30 minutes) Bhujodi - Handicraft Village and Craft Park (approx. time 40 minutes)
Inclusions
- Pickup from Bhuj (railway station / airport) to Dhordo Tent City
- All transfers shall be in AC coaches on seat-in-coach basis
- Drop from Dhordo to Bhuj (railway station or airport)
- Complimentary refreshments will be served en route Dhordo Tent City in the bus
- Lunch, high tea and dinner on 1st day
- Morning tea, breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner on 2nd day
- Morning tea and breakfast on 3rd day
- The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day
- Visit to White Ran on day 1
- Visit to Kala Dungar on day 2
- Guests who have missed the visit as per Itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis
- Accommodation in tent is on twin-sharing basis
- Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent

Cancellation Policy
25% charges, if cancelled before 45 days scheduled arrival
50% charges, if cancelled before 30 days (but less than 45 days) scheduled arrival
100% charges, if cancelled less than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival
Changes in dates, or guest names would be treated as cancellation
