- 12:30 pm - Check-in time
- 12:30 pm onwards - Welcome & check-in to the tent

- 04:00 pm to 05:00 pm - Evening tea/coffee

Allotment of the tent to guests arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability.
Distance from Bhuj to the Tent City in Dhordo is approx. 85 km, which takes about 1 hr 45 min. Complimentary refreshments will be served in the bus.
If the package is cancelled before 30 days of arrival, 25% of the cost of the package will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the package is cancelled before 15 days of arrival, 50% of the cost of the package will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the package is cancelled before 7 days of arrival, 75% of the cost of the package will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the package is cancelled before 6 days to 1 day or in the case of no show,100% of the cost of the package will be charged as a cancellation fee.
