We spent a week across Himachal recently covering the route from Shoghi - Narkanda - Rohru - Chanshal Pass, which is devoid of tourists and is enriched with off-beat experiences like scaling off-beat peaks, relishing authentic delicacies, staying by the riverside etc.
This is one route which allows you to spend your morning around snow on top of Chanshal pass (which is a better alternative to Rohtang Pass, ask us how to know more) and catch fish or take a dip in the Pabbar river before the sun sets.
