Episode 3 of the Spiti Valley Road trip covers my journey from Kalpa to Tabo, exploring Khab Bridge, Nako Village and then entering to the Spiti Valley & exploring Gue Monastery and reaching Tabo afterwards.
After enjoying the early morning vibe of Kalpa, it's time to pack our bags to finally enter the Spiti Valley. After collecting some cash from ATM in Reckong Peo on the way to Tabo, we started our road trip and took a stop at Khab Bridge where we can see the confluence of river Satluj and Spiti.
After the Khab bridge, the terrains were changed drastically to sand & rock mountains with snow caps as we continued our journey. Took some drone shots in between and reached Nako for the lunch. After enjoying the amazing lunch at Kangri Dhaba, and taking the vibes of the Nako top, we again started our journey and crossed Spiti border finally & visited our first destination in Spiti: Gue village for the famous Mummy in the Gue monastery.
Took a nap in the car and reached Tabo, and explored the vibes of that small village and our very first homestay in Spiti.
