Arrive Keflavik & Aurora Museum

Arrive at Keflavik airport there our tour managers will be welcoming the guest and later we will proceed towards Hostel/Guesthouse in Reykjavik City which is 45min far from the airport. Keflavik Airport – (45kms)– Reykjavik (40 mins drive) Later after freshening up we will proceed towards Aurora Museum and later time free to explore the capital on your own.

Day 2

South Iceland 1

Seljalandsfoss is a waterfall from drops 60 m and is part of the Seljalands River that has its origin in the volcano glacier Eyjafjallajökull. Carry Poncho or Raincoat because we can go beyond the waterfall.

Skogafoss is a waterfall of Rainbows on a bright sunny day you can see at least 2-3 Rainbows It is 25m in width and 60m from height. There are steps to climb from where you can have bird eye view of Skogafoss.

After completing 2 waterfalls we will head towards Black Sand Beach where on the way we will take a stopover at Plane Wreck Location It is said that In 1973 a United States Navy DC plane ran out of fuel and crashed on the black beach, Fortunately, everyone in that plane survived. Later we will cover 2 location of the beach one is Dyrholaey (view from cliff) and Reynisfjara (close on the beach).

Day 3

South Iceland 2

Today we will head towards Jokul Sarlon Glacier lagoon on the way we will take a coffee break at Skaftafell national park where we will be having option to visit Svartifoss.

Diamond beach which is just 5mins across the road; where you will find small and big size of Ice stuck on the shore it is because the Glacier Lagoon flows through a short waterway into the Atlantic Ocean, leaving chunks of ice on a black sand beach. Later 1 hr drive towards small village Hofn.

Day 4

East Iceland & Diamond Circle

We will proceed towards Egilsstadir which is in Eastern Part of Iceland, Highest population of east Iceland lives in this village later we will cover Diamond circle.

1st location of diamond circle that is “Dettifoss”. It is the wildest waterfall of Iceland and biggest waterfall of Europe.

Later we will proceed towards Lake Myvatn region where you will find different size and shape of Craters formed on land of no man. Looks like spaceship landed on it.

Our last stop of Diamond circle will be “Godafoss” (God’s Waterfall) It is a mini version of Niagara Falls.

Day 5

North Iceland & West Iceland

West Part of the country where 1st we will see Kirkufell Mountain which is most pictured mountain of Iceland.

Later we will take a photo stop at Budir church which was built in 17th century and again rebuilt on 1848 by a person against whole community.

Later we will take a stop at a western cliff from where you can see the Atlantic Ocean and west fjords if you are lucky enough you might also get a chance to see Pufins (Icelandic Birds).

After covering western region of Iceland, we will head towards Borgarnes.

Day 6

Borgarnes & Golden Circle

We will head towards our 1st location of Golden Circle that is The Geysers are situated in an active geothermal area.

Later we will continue our journey to 2nd location of Golden Circle that is Gulfoss (Golden Waterfall). It is one of the Iceland's most beloved waterfall.

Later we will Head towards Thingvellir National Park. Place from where North America continent and Euro Asia Continent drifted apart due to volcanic eruption happened centuries back. Here we will cover Oxrarfoss, Bird eye view of Park, 1st Settlement of Iceland. It is also certified as UNESCO world heritage site.

Day 7

Reykjavik & Bluelagoon

Today after breakfast we will head towards city tour of Reykjavik where we will cover Sun Voyager, Harpa Concert House, Reykjavik Lake, Parliament, Laugavegur Shopping Street, Northern lights museum and most iconic structure of the city Hallgrimskirkja (Cathedral) Later Free time for shopping, leisure or at promenade.

Later we will head towards Blue lagoon which will be the last sightseeing of the trip. In this location it is favourable for geothermal power and is supplied by water used in the nearby Svartsengi geothermal power station. You will spend one of the most memorable pool experiences of your lifetime. We ensure that the whole tiredness of last 6 days will get vanish after coming out from the pool.

Later after Blue lagoon we will head towards Keflavik.

Day 8

FLY BACK TO INDIA

The day when you will miss this place like anything. The day when you will remember each moment you have cherished in last 7 days. The day you will fall in love with Iceland. The day you will be known as VIKING. The day you will wish to come back again someday. It will be the most heavenly 7 days of your Life. See you soon...!
