They outline the terms under which your Kashmir4you tours and travels will operate and they limit our liability. Confirmation of Offer prices and enlisted services, payment of deposit and/or full and final payment are an acknowledgement of receipt of these terms & conditions and constitutes acceptance of such as outlined.

Reservations, Deposits & Payments

The carefully selected unusual programs featured in our website & brochure tend to sell out fast.

As such, early reservations are essential to ensure the availability of space. Full advance payment is due to Kashmir4you tours and travels, at the time of reservation

For groups, a 50% advance is required for reservations and remaining 50%tour cost is to be deposited in our Bank account 15 days before the commencement of the tour.

For couples and families, a 100% advance is required for reservations and the same is to deposit in our Bank account immediately upon acceptance of the tour quotation.

If the payment is not received in our bank account within 3 days from the date of reservations and full and final payments (groups) not settled 15 days prior to the commencement of the tour. The booking/s is/are subject to cancellation and cancellation policy will apply (ref: cancellation/refund policy below and on the website) and fresh bookings shall have to be initiated.

Acknowledgement of the booking will be sent immediately upon initiation of a reservation.

The invoice with appropriate general information will be forwarded to you upon receipt of a full advance payment.

Final tour documents consisting of the detailed tour itinerary, vouchers, hotel list will be e-mailed from our offices within a week of receiving full advance payments/ confirmation of services with advance payment. (This usually happens instantly)

Because on the special nature of the travel arrangements, local suppliers impose rigid cancellation fees; please be aware that we have no control over such fees & cannot make any exceptions to these charges.

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive an email or a letter in writing & cancellation charges would be as given.

60 days before the tour start date. - 90 % of the tour cost will be refunded.

59 to 30 days before tour start date - 80 % of the tour cost will be refunded.

29 to 15 days before the tour start date - 40 % of the tour cost will be refunded.

14 days to 7 days before the tour start date - 25 % of the tour cost will be refunded.

6 days before tour start date - No refund shall be processed.

No show for the tour - No refund shall be processed.

All cancellations must be received by Kashmir4you Tours and Travels in writing; cancellation/s will be effective when the written notice is received at Kashmir4you’s offices in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. Note: Taxes cannot be refunded in any case.

No refund will be made available for any unused accommodations, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable (no exceptions).

All disputes (if any) are subject to Srinagar jurisdiction only.
