About the host

A former award-winning broadcast journalist and documentary filmmaker, Gopal Kaushik worked with India's top national news channels for 14 years before quitting and opening the Lazy Dog pub in Manali in 2008.

Five years later, he opened a beach restaurant and resort in Goa, which has since expanded to 46 cottages.
