In any case, if the vehicle on the rent is damaged during the rental period will be bound by the customer

In case of Rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP basis food will be provided as per the kitchen operational timings and menu of the concerned hotel

A/C Will be switched off in the hilly region

In case of any irradiated activities in Jammu & Kashmir, Tum Holidays will not be held responsible for any losses and no refunds will be applicable

In the case of transporters strike or roads are blocked due to any hard circumstances, the cab will not go anywhere

Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned hotel's cancellation policy and Tum Holidays' Cancellation policy

In case of any damage to passengers travelling or mishappening in a road accident during the tour, Tum Holidays is not responsible for any personal loss

Tum Holidays is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of a mechanical fault, electrical fault, tyre bust or any other problem in the vehicle during the tour

Entry fee to any park/museum/ amusement park/ zoo/ theater/club/ temple and charges for any activities are not included in the package

Clearance of full package payment is mandatory 15 days before departure of the tour if full package payments not done in the given time frame and as per the instalment schedule, the booking will stand cancelled & Tum Holidays is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid earlier

In case the cancellation of the package is made by Tum Holidays due to non-clearance of payment by you, an amount equal to the cancellation charge will have to be paid by you as per the cancellation policy

All the meals mentioned in the itinerary would be provided in the specified hotel where the stay is planned

Fees / Charges related to any tourist Permit is not included

Personal medical kit is not included

Emergency evacuation cost is not included

All legal matters are subject to Ajmer Jurisdiction only

By booking the package through us or opting/choosing our services, you agree to the terms and conditions and cancellation policy of Tum Holidays has the right to make changes in the package including cost and terms & conditions without prior notice

In the case of cancellation of the package, the following cancellation policy will be followed:

If the cancellation is done prior to 45 days or more: 40% of the amount will be deducted of total package amount

If the cancellation is done between 44 and 31 days of departure: 50% of the amount will be deducted of total package amount

If the cancellation is done between 30 and 21 days of departure: 60% of the amount will be deducted of total package amount

If the cancellation is done between 20 and 14 days of departure: 75% of the amount will be deducted of total package amount

If the cancellation is done 14 days prior to the date of departure: 100% amount will be deducted of total package amount

In case of no show, no refunds will be given
