Please note that in peak season (May/June), due to acute shortage of vehicles in Leh, deluxe vehicles may not be available. In such cases, standard SUV's shall be provided. No claims for refunds or cancellations shall be entertained in all such cases.

In any event of flight cancellation or rescheduling, MMT will not be responsible for any claims of refund for the same. Any extension of stay or extra transport shall have to be arranged by the customers on their own, on direct payment basis.

In the event of unavailability of Tempo Travellers, SUV's shall be provided for transportation.

In case, Pangong stay is not possible due to operational reasons or any other reason, additional night stay at Nubra Valley or Leh will be arranged and full-day excursion to Pangong shall be provided. No claims for refund shall be entertained.

Oxygen cans will be distributed by MMT representatives on Day 2 or Day 3, and this is subject to availability. In case cans are not available, MMT shall not be able to provide the same

Please note that all the meals provided during Nubra and Pangong visits will be vegetarian meals, irrespective of the meal preference provided.

Vehicle will be shared unless a private vehicle is specifically chosen at the time of booking. For airport transfers, vehicle will be on sharing basis irrespective of category chosen.

To get flight details for the trip, please select a date and proceed, and flight details shall be visible at the review stage. We are using scheduled flights of Go Air for this holiday.

Please note that lunch will be only provided on the arrival day in Leh (for standard and deluxe category only), once during Nubra Valley visit and once during Pangong Lake visit.

Per person prices are quoted on twin-share basis (two people sharing a room).

A maximum of three adults are allowed in one room.

The third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/roll-away bed.

Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.

Room heaters if required can be provided on chargeable basis, subject to availability.

Hot water is only provided for two hours during the morning and evening in Leh. In camps, hot water is only available for a limited time in the morning.

Only vegetarian meals are served at Nubra and Pangong.

Connectivity (phone as well as internet) is poor and unreliable in Ladakh. Most hotels will not have a Wi-Fi connection.

Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.

We provide MUV’s like Tavera/Qualis in standard package and Innova/Scorpio/Xylo/Aria in deluxe and higher categories.

MMT reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo IDs (passport/driving license/voter ID card). PAN card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.

People from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, China, Myanmar and Bhutan cannot travel to restricted areas outside Leh such as Nubra Valley, Pangong, and Tsomoriri etc. Nationals of countries other than these can travel to Ladakh provided they don’t have a diplomatic passport.

Service tax shall be applicable over and above the package prices.

Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date: The entire amount paid as 1st payment instalment (deposit) would be non-refundable.

Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date: The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.

Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date: The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
